  Dr Narasimhaiah is a competent doctor and a wonderful human being. I am a complicated case with several allied problems and feel safe and secure after consulting him. He diagnosed my condition accurately; several other doctors had failed to do so. Always helpful, he put me at ease and gave me a patient hearing every time. He used an evidence based approach to narrow down my problem and suggested a pain free and minimally invasive treatment approach. Most other doctors recommended surgery. He has introduced several new treatment modalities that are not available in other hospitals. Most patients dread an a no rectal examination because it is painful. But doctor's expertise and kindness makes it a pain-free experience that preserves patient dignity.
