  Dr. Narasimhaiah Srinivasaiah is the most knowledgeable, friendly and caring doctor I have ever met. After undergoing surgery by a different doctor for my complex Fistula in June last year, it reoccurred after a month. I had gone into depression because of this. I'm fortunate I found the doctor who clearly explained the problem and also the surgery required to fix it. I underwent surgery last week. I'm recovering well and have also resumed my work. Doctor has given confidence that the issue will not reoccur. I'm so grateful to him, would strongly recommend if you are suffering from any anal problems
