  I would like to share our feedback about Dr. Narasimhaiah Srinivasaiah.

  
  

  My wife was suffering from Complex fistula and fissure, she had unsuccessful surgeryin past. We were so confused on whom to trust.

  
  

  When we visited Dr. Narasimhaiah Srinivasaiah for the first time he spent around an hour with us to make us understand the anatomy, current status, available treatments and also gave us the option of doing nothing. The consult gave us the confidence to pursue management with him.

  
  

  As suggested a two stage approach was taken with drainage of collection and Seton @ stage one to be followed by a second stage LIFT procedure three months later. An imaging followed after both the procedures which confirmed complete cure of a complex fistula that was mismanaged elsewhere.

  
  

  The ultrasonologist Dr. Shankar expressed his happiness over the treatment provided for a complex fistula. In our opinion he is a reliable, skilled and a knowledgeable colorectal surgeon available in Bangalore.
